Most of them are powerful, in their own right. Maybe even more powerful than Color Fixers. There are a couple of assassins I know in Brimstone alone who claim to the best there is in their respective worlds, and even a former god.
As for whether I can use them, you do the honors. I'm not... I don't plan on using anyone for anything.

Also, does this make me your lackey now? I think it's better if you meet them yourself instead of relying on my own biases. I will say that Brimstone has more powerful people in it, but I'm not sure about the others.
